Tip #1: Is space a problem in your galley kitchen?

If so, you can save in appliance cost and gain valuable space by removing a wall oven and replacing it with a slide-in range with a downdraft vent. You will gain counter space as well as valuable wall storage space.

Tip #2:  Need to add storage in your small kitchen?

Here are a few quick ways:

1) Install wall cabinets with a depth of 15 inches.  This will increase storage by 25%

2) Remove bulkheads and extend cabinetry to the ceiling

3) Take advantage of area closest to the kitchen like placing a recessed pantry in an area below stairs or in a back hallway.
