Windsor Square Historic District Home and Garden Tour

What: The tour includes 10-12 homes and gardens in this 260-home neighborhood between Central Avenue and Seventh Street and between Pasadena and Oregon avenues (both north of Camelback Road). The homes were built between the 1930s and 1940s.

When: 11 a.m.-4 p.m. March 7.

Admission: $12, free for age 11 and younger. Purchase tickets in advance at windsorsquarephoenix.org or at Second Street and Medlock Drive on tour day.

Modern Phoenix Home Tour

What: This year’s tour focuses on Paradise Gardens, a 1960s subdivision in north Phoenix that features tract homes designed with the influence of Arizona architect Al Beadle.

When: 1:30-6 p.m. April 11.

Arizona American Institute of Architects Home Tour

What: Tour homes have yet to be identified.

When: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. April 25.
