Dear Valued Network Partner,

We are pleased to announce that the iSearchDecor online match application will be open for customer matches on Tuesday, March 9, 2010.

Getting Started

In preparation for the opening, please make sure that your profile is up to date within our system.  To do this, follow these quick and easy steps:

1. Log in to your account and make sure that the appropriate categories have been selected.  We have added categories, so please take a look.

2. Read through your business description.  A consumer will read this, so please make sure it adequately describes your business.

3. Go to the MY LOCATIONS area.  Edit your Main Office location and complete the required fields.  Add any additional locations if you have more than one location in the Phoenix area.

4. While in MY LOCATIONS, upload a picture. This will be viewed by consumers that match to your business.

5. Include your “insider savings” promotion.  This field is required to receive matches from iSearchDecor.

Note:  Information in My Profile and My Locations can be updated as often as you’d like.

Thank you for your patience during the website development phase.  We know you will find the technology helpful in tracking and managing your warm referrals as well as calculating your success in converting these referrals into purchasing customers.  We will be holding training sessions within the next few weeks on how to most effectively use the tools available in our system.

Inaugural Perk

As a special promotional offer for being an inaugural member, you will receive 3 FREE warm referrals.   Your account balance will be deducted with the 4th referral sent.

Decoratours

As a vendor/partner your business is automatically enrolled in our tour program through our sister company, Decoratours, LLC., at no additional charge.  Many of you have already experienced the success of our tours in converting warm referrals into paying customers.  If you are not familiar with our tour program, you can visit www.decoratours.com for more detail or contact us at info@decoratours.com.

Marketing Efforts

As we shift our focus to marketing, there may be a ramp up period before you begin receiving referrals through the system.  We appreciate your patience as we implement our integrated e-marketing and local PR marketing strategies.  We will provide additional information on our marketing strategies in subsequent informational bulletins.

After the initial two weeks, you will be assigned an account manager who will be your primary contact for any day -to-day and operational issues.
