Local communities can utilize the iSearchDecor personal referral service and earn “Community Cash” to be used in any way the community chooses.
How it Works
- Homeowners within a community can support qualified*, pre-screened local home décor and home services professionals who participate in the iSearchDecor Local Business Network
- Homeowners get referrals by calling 480-619-5505 or using our easy 3-minute online referral form at www.isearchdecor.com.
- With each qualified referral, community will receive a $5 donation for each referral category.
- At the end of the quarter, a check is sent to the HOA board president or property manager for the total amount earned over the 3 month period.
- Community can decide how to use funds. Here are a few ideas:
- Place funds into HOA reserves for neighborhood improvements and upgrades
- Use funds for neighborhood events such as block parties and social events
- Donate funds to a local charity in the name of the community
