iSearchDecor allows consumers the ability to submit referral requests for home furnishings, accessories, lighting, appliances, flooring and service providers.  Similar to well-known search engines, there is no cost to the consumer to use the iSearchDecor Service.  However, unlike search engines in the marketplace, iSearchDecor provides a personalized and customized approach to providing the perfect referral match to the consumer.

Job Description

iSearchDecor is seeking a self motivated Account Executive who will be trained in the process of identifying potential merchant and exposing the merchants to the benefits of iSearchDecor.  It is the responsibility of the Account Executive to fill categories with the merchants/service providers needed for that geographic area.  The Account Executive will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the merchant network in their geographic area.  This includes maintaining the minimum merchant levels for each category, tracking merchant participation, visiting merchants,  establishing on-going relationships, keeping merchants engaged/satisfied with the program, providing training on the benefits and applications within the merchant administration area of the iSearchDecor website, and being the first line of contact for daily operations.

The Account Executive is expected to join networking groups that will further the exposure and knowledge of iSearchDecor within the community.

Requirements

  • Previous sales and/or account management experience, minimum of 2-5 years
  • Ability to quickly learn iSearchDecor software application functionality
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports from iSearchDecor system
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to articulate the iSearchDecor benefits and functionality
  • Ability to use the following software:
    • MS Office Products:  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • GoTo Meeting Web Conferencing
    • SalesForce
    • Constant Contact

Compensation

  • Commission Only
